Well, it looks like the young 17 year old girl in our street has been bought a new car.
I mean WTF? I didn’t get a car till I was 25 and I had to buy it with my own cash.
It’s one thing buying the car – but inevitably the running costs are far superior. It always was the spoiled brats who got the cars at college and they always ended up making nothing of themselves….if you get given stuff for free when you’re a kid, you’ll never push that hard in life. Too many kids these days get cars, loans and houses from their parents. The parents threaten them with ‘it’s a loan, you need to pay it back’ or ‘you need to pay the running costs’ but what happens is they just keep bailing their kids out.
